Kitchen Noob


This is actually Roast Chicken. I took the privillege of stripping all the flesh off a whole chicken into the rice. The rice was used as a stuffing medium which I seasoned with salt, pepper, celantro (is this how you spell this?) and butter, with baked potatoes and carrots for the sides. I'm sorry that the chicken looks mutilated but I'm a noob at carving chickens.


This is strawberry and plum tart. I made this coz I wanted to eat something like a tart. Not too shabby but it is shabby looking considering I was so lazy in using any moulding equipment I went with barehands all the way.


This is grilled chicken breast fillets with par-boiled brocolli (I love brocolli!). The white stuff isn't mayo. Its actually mashed potatoes. Real creamy. The fillets were seasoned with five-spice, salt and pepper.

I'm quite fond of cooking though I must admit I cannot compare with my Mum or Auntie but I'm damn sure I would give my uncles wives a run for their money. LOL
